Yes. Everything we sell is genuine, local-set stock from authorised distribution, covered by the manufacturer’s official Singapore warranty. The warranty period is shown on every product.

Order before 2pm on a working day and it is delivered the next working day. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are delivered within 2 working days. Delivery is free island-wide on orders above S$100; orders below that are S$8.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay or GrabPay, or choose Grab PayLater at checkout to pay later.

Yes. You can return most items within 7 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Faulty items are handled under warranty.
